Bourne Identity Review Mike Krasnow

The Bourne Identity, is an action, thriller, that keeps the audience on the edge of their seats for the whole movie. Matt Damon leads the cast as a CIA agent, that cannot remember who he is. With a great plot, that keeps the viewer interested in seeing how the movie ends, The Bourne Identity, is a great film to see if you have not already.
The movie begins when a fisherman finds a body (Matt Damon) floating in the water. Eventually, Jason Bourne, Matt Damon, realized people are trying to hunt him down and capture him. Bourne then flees the area in an attempt to discover his true identity. He brings a girl that he meets named Marie, played by Franka Potente. Over the course of the movie Bourne begins to remember small clips of his life. Bourne spends the whole movie traveling to different parts of France in order to figure out his true identity and why he had guns, money, and passports in his bank safe.
Matt Damon is fantastic in this film. He is a very believable CIA agent and convinces the audience that he does not know who he really is. Franka Potente does a great job in her supporting role.
Overall, with multiple fantastic actors and actresses, The Bourne Identity, is a great movie. The movie keeps the audience interested, having many actions scenes, while still being able to get to know the characters. This movie will earn five stars for a great plot and a wonderful performance by the actors.

  1. Matt Damon is the man. And this movie was incredibly surprising in how good it was. All three were, actually.

    Especially, was it the last one, where he calls the dude on the phone and asks him where he is. Dude says he is in his office. Bourne says that he highly doubts that. Dude asks why he says that. Bourne says that if you were in your office we would be having this conversation face to face. Oh man, that comment rocked it.
